Ordering

How do I place an order?

Add items to your cart, click checkout, fill in your delivery details, and pay. We accept all major cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (free above ₹999).

Do you offer Cash on Delivery?

Yes. Cash on Delivery is free on orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a small COD fee applies.

Can I order over WhatsApp instead of through the website?

You can browse our Instagram or DM us, but for the smoothest experience, please order through the website. The checkout is faster and gives you tracking, automated invoices, and refund protection.

Sizing & fit

How do I know what size to order?

Check our Size Guide for measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up — most of our pieces have a relaxed cut.

Do you have plus sizes?

Yes. Most of our ethnic suits go up to 3XL, and we carry several pieces specifically in plus-size cuts.

What does "free size" mean?

"Free size" is a relaxed cut that fits up to a specific size, indicated in each product description (e.g., "fits up to L" or "fits up to XL").

Shipping & delivery

Where do you ship from? Where do you ship to?

We ship from our studio in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, to all of India.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet. We currently ship pan-India only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter to hear first.

Returns & exchanges

What's your return policy?

7-day easy returns from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, with tags intact. See our Shipping & Returns page for the full policy.

Can I exchange a size?

Yes. Email hello@clothzconnection.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Care

How do I care for my ClothzConnection piece?

Each product page has specific care instructions. Generally: hand wash cold for knits, dry clean only for velvet/silk/tissue shimmer, and dry flat for woollens to keep their shape.
