• Free Cash on Delivery on orders above ₹999.
• Pan-India shipping via trusted courier partners.
• Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days from our studio in Noida.
• Typical delivery time: 3-7 business days depending on your location.
• You'll receive a tracking link on email and WhatsApp once your order ships.

Returns

• 7-day easy returns from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in original packaging.
• Initiate a return by emailing hello@clothzconnection.com with your order number and reason. We'll arrange a reverse pickup.
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method (or as store credit if you prefer).

Exchanges

Want a different size or shade? Email us within 7 days. Exchanges are subject to availability.

What can't be returned

• Innerwear, stockings, and intimate items (for hygiene reasons).
• Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.
• Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll either replace it or refund you in full at no cost.
